The Auditorium Staff position serves to set up and monitor the Audio and Visual equipment in the auditorium before and during lectures. Through this position you will operate the camera monitoring, switching, and cutting devices in order to enhance the experience of both professors and students.

The ETS Junior Analyst position provides quality customer service and technical support to client with 90% of efforts being put into the Learning Management system, bCourses.
The position also serves to respond to ticket inquiries through a ticketing system and to provide phone and in-person support for bCourses.
Interested in providing front line phone support for onsite services? Join the Dispatch team! This position has two roles, one requires troubleshooting issues with the AV equipment in classrooms over the phone, and the other entails interacting with ETS staff and partners at the front desk in the Academic Innovation Studio.
These roles require excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for assisting instructors with classroom technology support issues and then dispatching student consultants. You will also interact frequently with professional ETS staff members, so an outgoing and professional personality is a must.
